After everytime you remove your trays, you should brush and floss (water flossing is recommended) to remove any food and plaque remnants. Do Not wear your trays if your teeth are not clean, that will cause permanent stains and damage to the tooth surface. Oral hygiene is paramount during Clear Aligners treatment.

Everytime you remove your Clear Aligners, brush them using your toothbrush and tooth paste. if they get noticeably stain, you can soak them in a denture cleaner (PoliDent) for an hour. but usually that is not needed as these trays will be replaced every two weeks in most cases.

Yes, some medications do. Pain killers like Advil, Motrin, Nurofen, Aleve, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Ketorolac and ASA prevent your trays from working and moving your teeth. if you take any of theses medication during your Clear Aligners treatment, you need to add the number of the days you used the medication plus 3 days extra to your treatment period of that tray cycle. Tylenol does not affect your teeth movement.

On the first couple of days of each new tray, pressure on teeth will be felt and tray might trigger pain. the pressure should get less in couple of days. if the pain is contentious and did not subside in couple of days, consult with your dentist.

Return back to the last trays if you have them. Contact your dentist. there is a charge of $150 per tray to be manufactured again.
